 Fresh Fruit cake

INGREDIENTS:
1] vanilla cake ready mix- 250g
2] 150 ml drinking water
3] 2tbsp butter
4] 400 ml double whipped cream
5] 1 cup of water mixed with 1tbsp sugar
6] kiwi 2no.s ( sliced)
7] apple 1no.s ( sliced)
8] grapes ( green and black)
9] strawberry 7 to 8 no.s
10] pineapple ⅔ slices
Any fruit of your choice

METHOD :
1] cake ready mix + 150 ml of water+ 2tbsp butter mix it well and beat it using the paddle attachment.
2] take this mixture and bake it in microwave convection for 40 mins.
3] after two beeps remove it from microwave and leave it in the tins for 10 mins. Then turn out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
4] take this cake and cut it in three horizontal layers.
5] take the cream blend it with double blade blender ( take that cream vessel and keep ice or cold water below that vessel )

TO ASSEMBLE:
1] take one sponge cake layer and pour sugar water on the piece of cake layer
2] spread ⅓ of the whipped cream over one sponge cake piece and scatter it with ⅓ of the fruits.
3] lay the other sponge cake on the top of it and spread over the whipped cream on this layer.  (Same proportion of cream and fruits) on the cream place the fruits .
4] lay the other sponge cake on the top of it and spread over the whipped cream and after this place the fruits on the cake. (Same proportion as above)
5] now cover all  the sides and top of the cake with whipped cream and decorate it with fruits.
6] now you can eat this delicious fresh fruit cake.
